Residential Pest Control in Sleetmute
Most of our Sleetmute work is residential. Homes here are a mix of log cabins, frame houses, and seasonal fish camps, and each one has its own pest weak points. Log walls shift with the seasons and open gaps. Frame homes leak air around sills and pipes. Seasonal cabins sit empty for months and become rodent magnets in the fall. We treat all of them with the same approach: find the entry, seal it, and deal with what is already inside. If you live in Sleetmute year-round or use a cabin seasonally, we can build a plan that fits how you use the property.
- Rodent exclusion and trapping — We seal gaps around pipes, sills, and stovepipes with exclusion mesh and flexible sealant, then set snap traps and bait stations inside. Most Sleetmute cabins are clear within two weeks of the first visit.
- Ant and spider treatments — We treat wall voids with boric acid and diatomaceous earth, then apply a residual barrier along the foundation. Spring treatments in Sleetmute hold through the summer, and most customers see activity stop within a week.
- Wasp and bee nest removal — We remove nests under eaves, in shed rafters, and inside wall voids. Night removal is safer and more effective. We also seal the anchor point so wasps do not rebuild in the same spot next season.
- Seasonal preventive plans — Our Sleetmute preventive plan runs two to four visits per year, timed to the local pest calendar. We do exclusion work in fall, exterior treatment in spring, and monitoring through summer. Customers on the plan get priority scheduling.
